Terry: I Predict Chelsea to Beat Arsenal 2-1, with Joao Pedro and Palmer Scoring

John Terry has made his prediction for Chelsea's early-season Premier League heavyweight clash away at Arsenal on Sunday.

"How do you open up these centre-backs? You attack the channels and the wide areas. I think we have a lot of strength on this side, with players like Neto, Estevao and Morgan Rogers being key there. That will be the focus for me," Terry said on his own video channel.

"If the game gets to 60 or 70 minutes, you want to pull the centre-backs away from the central positions where they are most comfortable. In the middle, they protect each other and cover from side to side."

"Once they are dragged out to the wide areas, it feels unfamiliar for them and they can become easier to expose."

"So the more we can do in transition this weekend, I think the bigger our opportunities will be, because Ben White and Calafiori will push forward and eventually appear in those inverted spaces."

"So for me, opening up space against them will come from having a higher and wider attack in the final third."

"I think the lads can only take confidence from the first two games," he added.

"I am excited, and Chelsea fans are excited too. The players will feel that atmosphere on the pitch as well. So before going out there, you should enjoy it and take in the atmosphere, because I know Chelsea fans are very excited right now."

"We have done well during this window, and this is a big test for us. The question now is whether winning or losing will define the whole season? No, it will not."
