Le Mans have already recorded their second draw in their first three Ligue 1 matches. Away against Nice, the team had chances to win the game but were not clinical enough in front of goal. Patrick Videira's side are still waiting for their first victory of the season, with many positive aspects on the pitch yet to be reflected in their points tally.
After the match, Le Mans head coach Patrick Videira told Ligue 1+ in an interview: "A little disappointed. We came here to win, but I have almost nothing to blame the players for. We paid the price for one mistake. I am proud of them, but now we have to do more and get more points."
