According to Le Parisien, Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing Barcelona's 18-year-old forward Hamza next January.

The report states that Paris coach Luis Enrique highly appreciates the young forward. Hamza's performances during Barcelona's pre-season preparations left a deep impression on Enrique, who believes he has the potential to become a world-class striker and hopes to convince the player not to renew his contract with Barcelona.
It is understood that Enrique believes Hamza could develop into one of the best strikers of the next decade, reaching the level of players such as Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Robert Lewandowski, Edinson Cavani and Erling Haaland.
Currently, Hamza's contract contains a release clause of only 15 million euros, and Paris are capable of offering him a higher salary. Barcelona hope to complete a renewal as soon as possible and significantly increase the release clause. Laporta and Deco have already begun negotiations with the player's agent, while Paris hope to prevent the renewal and push through a signing next January.
