Chelsea Plan Early for Winter Window, Alonso Names Enzo's Ideal Replacement, Release Clause Reportedly €500 Million

The 2026 European summer transfer window has come to an end, but Chelsea's midfield squad still has weaknesses. In particular, the late departure of key player Enzo has forced the club to make early plans for reinforcements in the winter transfer window.

Although Barrios is still young, he established himself as a regular Atletico Madrid midfield starter from last season and has shown rapid development.
