Bergomi also said: "I am especially thinking about Rabiot... In the Italian league, which five or six players are worthy of being on the cover? In my view, he is one of them, but he needs space and room to make forward runs and show his ability. That said, I expected more from Milan's performance. Juventus are a team that can become nervous, especially when it comes to passing the ball around."

Speaking about Juventus' protests over the challenge on Muani before Cisse's goal, Bergomi said: "De Winter did not touch the ball at all, not even slightly. As for whether this is the standard being applied... I am not saying whether it is a foul or not, I am only saying that this type of call can be made."
