Former Chelsea player Daniel Sturridge, while working as a Sky Sports pundit, gave a preview of the Chelsea vs Arsenal match before the game. He said he believes Chelsea can challenge for the title this season, while also pointing out a major weakness in the team.

"I think they absolutely have the ability to compete for the championship. The reason I say that is because I feel their attack can still improve further. The fluency of their attacking play, movement, and combinations are all very good," Sturridge said.
"Of course, we also have to talk about the problems in defense. The team has already conceded five goals in just a few matches, which is clearly an issue the head coach needs to address... But ultimately, the physical condition of the midfield players is equally crucial.
"This team has all the conditions needed to compete for the title, but can they keep their entire midfield healthy?"
What he said makes a lot of sense. In the opening matches of the season, we have already seen that this team has the potential to challenge for the title. However, the real test will come when the schedule becomes congested and injuries begin to occur. Only then will we be able to see their true level.
