Richest Clubs Ranking: Real Madrid Lead Manchester City with €1.46 Billion, Premier League Takes 12 of Top 20 Spots

After the summer transfer window closed, Transfermarkt reviewed the player values (combined market values of players) of major clubs and published a ranking. Real Madrid top the list with €1.46 billion, while Manchester City dropped to second with €1.43 billion. A total of eight clubs have player values exceeding €1 billion, including Paris, Arsenal, Barcelona, Chelsea, Bayern and Liverpool.

Manchester United's player value is €924 million, ranking ninth, while Tottenham are 10th. Apart from Real Madrid, Paris, Barcelona and Bayern, the Premier League's Big Six occupy the other six spots in the top 10. The top 20 also include Premier League teams Newcastle, Brighton, Crystal Palace, Brentford, Bournemouth and Villa, giving the English top flight 12 places among the 20 highest-ranked clubs.
