Mundo Deportivo: Tchouameni Returns After Injury, Could Face Inter Milan

According to Mundo Deportivo, Tchouameni and Thiago Pitarch have recovered from injuries and returned to the squad, and they could represent Real Madrid in Tuesday's Champions League match against Inter Milan local time.

Mourinho's personnel difficulties in midfield are easing. Due to suspensions for Guler, Bernardo Silva and Camavinga, Real Madrid had previously faced a shortage of options, but Tchouameni and Thiago Pitarch have now confirmed their returns. The two players, along with Endrick, resumed full training in the final session before the match and will be included in the squad list.

It is currently uncertain whether Mourinho will start either of them. Tchouameni's last competitive appearance was in the previous World Cup semifinal against Spain on July 14.

Aside from the long-term absences of Asensio, Mendy, Militao and Rodrygo, the Real Madrid coach can currently call upon almost all of his players. Cucurella has also fully recovered, although he was substituted late in the previous match against Betis.

Therefore, the Portuguese coach has several ways to solve his midfield selection issues. He can use academy players such as Jorge Sestero or new signing Sergio Martinez, or adjust the positions of first-team players, including Trent, Bellingham and even Huijsen.
