British Media: Arsenal and Manchester United Interested in Al-Hilal Forward Mheite, Future to Be Assessed by Hughes

According to Teamtalk, Arsenal, Manchester United and other Premier League clubs made inquiries about Mohamed Mheite this summer, but Al-Hilal refused to let him leave. The player's future will be assessed by Richard Hughes.

Several Premier League clubs asked about the young forward before the transfer deadline, and the potential of France U21 international Mohamed Mheite continues to attract attention.

The 18-year-old Mheite is 1.93 meters tall and has represented France U21. Since leaving Rennes in January, his potential has continued to draw significant attention from European football.

When Mheite left Rennes earlier this year, he received multiple offers, with several top European clubs attempting to sign the highly regarded young French forward.

Manchester United were among the potential suitors at the time, while Crystal Palace were also interested in the young player.

The decision did not end European clubs' interest in him. Teamtalk learned that Manchester United remain in contact with the forward, while several other Premier League clubs have been informed that Mheite could leave Al-Hilal this summer.

Arsenal, Aston Villa, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur have all learned that Mheite could be allowed to leave by Al-Hilal, and intermediaries are also trying to determine whether the young player has a chance to return to Europe.

Interest from all sides is strong, but Al-Hilal are unwilling to sell Mheite and rejected the possibility of allowing him to depart.

The Saudi club remains convinced of the young player's potential. Having convinced Mheite to leave Rennes and move to the Middle East, Al-Hilal naturally do not want to approve his transfer so soon.

According to Teamtalk, Mheite himself considered returning to Europe this summer. After joining Saudi Arabia, intermediaries have continued to look for potential opportunities for him.

However, Al-Hilal's stance ultimately became the decisive factor. Despite strong interest from Premier League clubs, Al-Hilal were unwilling to consider relevant offers this summer.

Mheite has continued to improve after arriving in Saudi Arabia and has also received playing opportunities under Simone Inzaghi in recent weeks.
