Polish media: Lubin's late price hike angered Dortmund and caused Regula's transfer to fail

According to Meczyki, Lubin winger Marcel Regula was once close to joining Borussia Dortmund this summer, but the club increased their asking price at the last moment, causing the deal to fall through.
Regula was once very close to joining Borussia Dortmund before the summer transfer window closed. Meczyki reported that Nwaneri was their top target.
It was reported that because Regula's transfer failed, Lubin's then-chairman Pawel Jez eventually lost his position.
