According to Marca, Deportivo La Coruña's sporting director confirmed that the club will continue investing in facilities and sporting areas.

Deportivo La Coruña CEO Massimo Benassi said this morning that the club has always operated below the salary cap because La Liga has strict requirements in this area. He is very satisfied with the squad that has been assembled and is also pleased that the club's social issues have been resolved.

Deportivo La Coruña is a financially healthy club, which makes strengthening the squad easier. He said: "The salary cap includes not only the first team, but also the women's team and the reserve team, as well as commissions and amortization... The total amount may slightly exceed 50 million euros."

He is also satisfied with the current squad: "There are two players in every position, and in some positions even more than two. We thank Atlético Madrid and Barcelona for helping us bring in Marc (Casadó) and José María (Giménez)... Benassi emphasized that the team will not forget where it came from. He said: "We still need 37 points because we already have 8 points now. We will focus on Getafe first, until we reach 45 points. We will not forget those stadiums in Primera Federación."
