Can You Name Every Team Manchester City Have Faced in European Competition Since 2000?

The Manchester City European opponents memory challenge is here. Over the past two decades, Manchester City have appeared in European competitions almost continuously, but can you name every team they faced during that period?

This quiz gives you 15 minutes and requires you to write down the names of 59 opponents. The question also provides each opponent's country and the years of the meetings, covering the Champions League, Europa League and the earlier UEFA Cup. The answers range from some of the most famous clubs in European football to some relatively obscure teams.

The difficulty comes from the number of answers and the time limit. Fifty-nine answers is no small number, and 15 minutes means only a little over ten seconds per answer on average. Even for Manchester City supporters, recalling all of their European opponents over more than 20 years requires a very strong memory.
