On September 9 Beijing time, after the Ballon d'Or officially announced the 30 nominees for 2026, various bookmakers updated their odds. Kane (1.61) remains the biggest favorite to win the award, with Yamal (5.5) second, Mbappe (7) third, and Rodri (9) fourth.
At the other end of the list, Saudi Pro League top scorer Quinones' inclusion in the 30-player shortlist was surprising. He sits at the bottom of the list with odds of 501, while players level with or below him, including Luis Diaz, Nuno Mendes, Mane, Saliba and Pacho, have little chance of winning.
The 2026 Ballon d'Or awards ceremony will be held in London on October 26 local time.
