There was plenty of transfer market news on September 8, so here are a few interesting items.

First, Manchester United have successfully signed a player from Liverpool. Renowned reporter Romano confirmed with his trademark “Here we go” that Manchester United have completed the signing of 16-year-old midfielder Isak Conde from Liverpool, with all procedures completed in the past 24 hours. Born in 2009, the youngster joined Liverpool’s academy at the age of nine and made his U18 debut in February this year. This type of academy transfer does not require Premier League or Champions League registration, so Manchester United can complete the deal even after the transfer window has closed.

Second, Carvajal is looking for his next destination. The former Real Madrid player is currently a free agent, and his intermediary has recommended him to Liverpool and Manchester City, while Fulham have also been contacted. For teams needing experience and depth at right-back, signing a veteran with Champions League-winning pedigree on a free transfer offers good value.

Third, Liverpool’s Chiesa could leave in the winter window. If he still cannot secure regular playing time after recovering from injury, the 26-year-old Italian forward will consider leaving in January.

Fourth, AC Milan have set their sights on Endrick. Milan are preparing to loan the 20-year-old Brazilian forward from Real Madrid in January, with the deal structure being a loan plus an option to buy.

There are also several other updates: Sancho is negotiating with at least two Premier League clubs; Manchester City are monitoring Atletico Madrid’s Baena, but a January move is unlikely; Manchester United are still pursuing Leicester City’s 18-year-old Louis Page; Arsenal remain interested in Nico Paz.

Most of these reports come from media sources and have not yet reached the stage of official confirmation.

However, one trend is clear: major clubs have already turned their attention toward next January.
