Manchester City Top Spending Chart with €526 Million Outlay, Chelsea Earn €406 Million, Real Madrid and Barcelona Rival Premier League Promoted Clubs

In the spending rankings, Manchester City ranked first with €526 million, Chelsea were second with €406 million, and Tottenham ranked third with €366 million.
