Former Fiorentina defender Caneschi said in an interview with Radio FirenzeViola that there is nothing positive about the team's current performances. The results show that the team is making every possible mistake, but there is still a chance to get back on track. Fiorentina are currently at the bottom of the table, having conceded 9 goals and scored only 1, with Vanoli taking charge again after Fabio Grosso was dismissed.

When asked whether the squad is too young, Caneschi said: "I don't know if this is a problem related to age. But so far, the more experienced players have not performed better than the others. They must understand that they are at an important club and cannot repeat everything that happened last year. The club itself also has problems and has failed to allow the players to perform at their best. I don't understand why players perform poorly at Fiorentina but immediately become the best on the pitch after leaving. There is definitely a root cause to the problem. Regarding Paratici's work, Caneschi said: "In the summer, everyone told me it was a great signing, but I asked them whether they knew players like Vieri or Valdepenas.
