Multiple Reporters: Barcola Joins Liverpool for a Total Fee of £123 Million, Signs Five-Year Deal, Medical Scheduled This Weekend

According to an exclusive report from talkSPORT chief football reporter Alex Crook, the total transfer fee for Bradley Barcola's move to Liverpool has been finalized at £123 million, consisting of a £106 million fixed fee plus £17 million in add-ons. The player will undergo a medical this weekend.

Subsequently, renowned reporter David Ornstein also reported the news. Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain have reached an agreement to sign Bradley Barcola. The deal for the 23-year-old Paris Saint-Germain winger is worth £106 million plus up to £17 million in add-ons (a package of €125 million plus €20 million). The France international is preparing to undergo a medical within the next 24 hours and join on a five-year contract.

According to renowned reporter Ben Jacobs, Paris Saint-Germain lowered their initial asking price of £145 million to £123 million (almost equivalent to €145 million).

Paris Saint-Germain had been hoping to surpass the transfer fees of Morgan Rogers (£117 million) and Elliot Anderson (£116 million). Exceeding the €140 million package from Jean Diomande's transfer to Real Madrid was also an important target for the French champions. Paris Saint-Germain have earned close to €400 million this summer by selling players considered to be outside their plans. Barcola has agreed to sign a five-year contract with Liverpool.
