Beijing time August 29, Premier League club Aston Villa officially announced that they have signed Senegalese forward Jackson from Chelsea. He previously worked with Villa manager Emery at Villarreal.
According to media reports, Jackson's transfer fee is a fixed £47.5 million plus £17.5 million in add-ons, with the total value potentially reaching £65 million.
Last season, Jackson joined Bayern on loan, making 34 appearances for the team and recording 11 goals and 3 assists.
