According to renowned transfer journalist Romano, Manchester City are preparing to formally submit a bid for Chelsea's Argentine midfielder Enzo before the transfer window closes, and the player himself is willing to join the Cityzens.
However, Chelsea have insisted that they will only be willing to sell Enzo if their asking price is met. Given the limited time available, if Manchester City make an offer for Enzo at the last moment, Chelsea may be unable to find a suitable replacement and could therefore be unwilling to let him leave.
