Dribbling Rankings: Yamal and Mbappe Lead, Two Real Madrid Players Make Top Ten

The season's dribbling rankings across Europe's top five leagues have been released, with Barcelona's Yamal and Real Madrid's Mbappe occupying the top two positions, while Real Madrid have two players in the top ten.

The rankings count the number of completed dribbles by all players in the Premier League, La Liga, Ligue 1, Serie A and Bundesliga.

Two Real Madrid players make the list, with Vinicius having the lowest efficiency. Real Madrid are one of the clubs with multiple players selected, as Mbappe and Vinicius both enter the top ten.

Vinicius completed 10 dribbles, but his success rate was below 50% — he attempted 27 and succeeded 10 times, making him the least efficient player among the top ten. Mbappe is competing directly with Yamal for the leading position.

Sevilla youngster leads in efficiency with a success rate of over 80%. In terms of efficiency, Sevilla academy product Sila has been the standout performer.

He attempted 11 dribbles and completed 9, achieving an 81.8% success rate, the highest among the top ten. The left winger, who was promoted to the first team in 2025, also scored in Sevilla's 1-3 defeat to Atletico Madrid, showing his all-round attacking ability.

Former Arsenal winger continues to contribute, while Marseille newcomer becomes a Ligue 1 highlight. The rankings also include two notable familiar faces and emerging talents.

Former Arsenal player Pepe currently plays for Villarreal. He scored once in La Liga's first three rounds and completed 10 dribbles from 23 attempts, with a 44% success rate, only better than Vinicius. Meanwhile, Strasbourg's Yassine, after becoming the youngest Moroccan player to score at a World Cup, has scored twice in Ligue 1's first two matches this season, completed eight successful dribbles, and has played one fewer match than most players on the list.

Ipswich new signing enters the rankings, giving a Premier League relegation contender a valuable asset. Ipswich's summer signing Fatawu from Championship side Leicester City also made the top ten. The winger has shown his attacking impact in the Premier League, including beating Luke Shaw to assist the opening goal against Manchester United and causing problems for Liverpool. His dribbling ability will be an important weapon for Ipswich in their bid to avoid relegation.
